Brad, the audio on the latest Carlito upload is abysmal. Carlito sounds very quiet and soft, but the other sounds like the phone rings, customer service people and guests are about 10x louder, which makes the file unlistenable and made me really dislike his guest since he was so obnoxiously loud(and thinks semen comes from cows). I put it in Audacity using the Normalize effect on -30 dB and it is much better, so you should do that! You don’t have to go to -30 dB but I was really trying to turn down the audio on the guest. Don’t bother with the DC offset setting, uncheck that. You can amplify afterwards if it is too low(but it’s not bad, people can turn the audio up and it is OK), but it is not listenable the way it was released.
I’ll try to do better. Thanks for the tips, I’ll look into that stuff.
